Tiffany Torgan-Davis has been selling real estate for 15 years and has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the real estate industry. She is from Dallas, and graduated with a B.S. inEconomics from Texas A&M. She started selling homes in the summer of 1990 for one of the largest builders in the country Centex Corporation. She was Centex's top producing selling agent for 7 years then became a independent Realtor with RE/MAX Plano in 1997. Within one year of joining RE/MAX, she sold $23 million dollars in transactions, all from a successful Real Estate web site based business. She pioneered internet interaction with Homebuyers helping people relocate to Dallas from all over the world.

In 1999, she herself experienced relocation and brought her business to the San Diego market. There she started Relo San Diego Real Estate and has sold homes all over San Diego County. She has sold more than 1,200 homes working with hundreds of families helping them buy and sell real estate. She also co-founded Prestige Properties Realty, Inc. in 2003. Prestige Properties was ranked in the top 3% in sales for 2004 by adding exciting agents who offer service above and beyond current real estate companies and standards.

In June of 2004, Tiffany joined Smarter Agent as the Broker of Record for the state of California. She is determined to make a difference with every client and agent she helps. Staying on top of the ever changing real estate trends, her goal is to make the real estate transaction an effortless and positive experience for all parties involved using the cutting edge of today's real estate technology.
